Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Associate to join our team and help drive the growth of our wholesale business. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about skincare and cosmetics, and eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, and business development within the fast-growing K-Beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Promote and sell products to clients to generate sales.
  • Recommend in-demand and trending products and brands to clients.
  • Manage inquiries, process orders, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct door-to-door sales visits to engage directly with customers and encourage sign-ups.
  • Gather insights on high-demand brands by speaking with store personnel.

Account & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Track and follow up on leads to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

Product & Market Knowledge

  • Stay updated on the latest Korean beauty trends and product innovations.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with the team.

Data Analysis

  • Forecast inventory needs based on previous sales data.
  • Track customer order cycles and provide timely reminders to reorder.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related field (beauty industry experience is a plus).
  • Passion for Korean beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Background check required after a conditional offer, in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.

Schedule

  • Business hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch), Monday to Friday
